While John is very humble about his strength and fitness, I’m very inspired by him. He just returned from Cudgewa helping a farmer burnt out by the fires. 10.01.2022 As a result of the new restrictions announced by the Victorian State Government regarding social distancing, all gyms across Victoria are required to close as of 11.59pm Wednesday 5th August. While this is incredibly disappointing news, we respect the government’s decision in this difficult time. We will continue to update our members via email and social media. As a local, family owned business, the outpouring of support and understanding that we have already received has be...en incredibly heart-warming. So, Thank you! We look forward to welcoming you back in as soon as we can.

06.01.2022 Attn. All Members: GYM TO CLOSE 30/10/2020 at 5.30PM While we were elated to have opened our doors after 12 weeks, today we received further clarity on the State Governments rules which will sadly mean that we will tonight close our doors at 5:30pm in order to implement a plan of action to keep our gym open while being ‘COVID safe’. Since it is a requirement to have a ‘COVID Marshall’ onsite during open hours, we will now only be able to open during staffed hours. Thus, we wi...ll not be operating as a 24/7 gym for this period of time (until restrictions have lifted). We will keep you informed via email, social media and information will be updated on the door of the gym. We apologise for the inconvenience.
