Client Spotlight Big man @swerl.y coming at the end of a 12 week dieting phase, dived pretty hard into this deficit as we had some deadlines to hit and numbers on the callipers and scales. Overall Luke has managed to lose a total of 14kg of bodyweight, a total of 60mm of skinfolds over 9 sites and finally got to see his abs, although he ended up covering them up half way through Throughout he managed to maintain strength and did not need to implement any additional cardio, even after a few cheeky refeeds/cheat meals Amazing effort Luke, proud of you! #morosanfitness @morosanfitness_
