22.01.2022 20 years ago today Olivia Newton-John and John Farnham sang "Dare To Dream"at the opening ceremony of the 2000 Australian Olympic Games. Our very own Olympian - Head Coach Gerry Adams dared to dream as he prepared for his first Olympic Games! We would like to congratulate Gerry on this terrific sporting achievement and also congratulate all the fencers who have represented Australia at Olympic Games

20.01.2022 Gerry has been in discussions with RFC and he has secured a window whereby he may enter the sports hall for the purpose of collecting equipment. As such, our members will be able to come in to the car park and wait outside the entrance to the hall as the only person permitted to enter is Gerry and he will go in to the bag room and retrieve your fencing bag. We are only able to have a window between 12 noon and 1 pm. If you would like to collect your fencing bag, please email Gerry to let him know that you will be attending on Monday

04.01.2022 With North Melbourne added to the list of suburbs in lock down effective from midnight tonight we will not be able to use FV premises to fence. Therefore all squads and lessons are cancelled effective immediately. Zoom training will recommence Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 5-6pm starting Monday July 6th. The committee will update you immediately if anything changes. Stay safe everyone
