Too tired after work? Get up 1/2 hour earlier in the morning. We just need to move more. Even if we don't schedule an 'Excercise' session, we can use incidental movement into our day. No Excuses

18.01.2022 Exercise For some, this conjures up the things nightmares are made of. Never Fear ... There's that TIME factor, the COST, lack of knowing where to START, the PAIN and the list goes on. What's if I told you that it's OK to count Mowing the Lawn, Gardening, taking the dog for a walk, parking at the other end of the shopping centre of where you need to be, going to a park and kicking a ball, going for a swim in the ocean....you get the gyst. It doesn't have to be hard, JUST MOVE!!!!!!
18.01.2022 Chicken & Veggie Meatballs Ingredients: Onion chilli- de-seeded ... 1 Tbs Italian Herbs 1 -2 cloves Garlic carrot Zucchini 25g Baby spinach 1 Tbs Chicken stock concentrate (paste) 1 cup breadcrumbs (more if its too runny) 500g chicken mince Prep: Preheat Oven to 180deg Combine all Veggies and blend. Add Chicken, crumbs & stock and mix to a soft dough consistency. Roll into balls and place onto tray lined with baking paper. Cook for 20 mins. Serve with Sweet Chilli sauce. Freeze left overs. 07.01.2022 How much weight should I lose a week? Well, this depends on the deficit you are willing to make. There are 3 ways to lose weight.... 1. By Diet only 2. With exercise only 3. With Food and exercise combined To lose 1 kg in a week, you have to make a deficit of 7000 calories. (That's 1000 calories per day) To drop 1000 calories in Food only is a pretty tough ask! To exercise for 1000 calories daily is also massive! But if we can drop 500 in food and burn 500 with exercise, the equation becomes more achievable. BUT.... It's quite probably not sustainable. SO.... Aim for 500g per week. It may take you a little longer, but what you learn along the way is priceless, and you will be more likely to keep the weight off.
