19.01.2022 Love a fresh & loaf For this one, we went dairy, egg and refined sugar free using our Wholemeal plain flour (with some baking powder for the rise) almond milk, coconut oil and rapadura sugar. As well as some frozen berries and a couple of ripe bananas. We dont have a recipe, just throw it all in and bake until its cooked so it works around 75% of the time

19.01.2022 This easy Japanese soup was delish and made with a bunch of things that youll generally have on hand. We fried a teaspoon of minced ginger & one clove of garlic with butter and corn kernels before adding chicken stock, our @hakubaku_official noodles & soy sauce to taste. 19.01.2022 As a small family owned and run business, we are currently finding it difficult to stock all items due to the high volume of orders we are currently experiencing. Unfortunately because of this, some orders may not be able to be sent in full. We are constantly replenishing stock however if your order is delivered missing items, you should have already received a refund for the items missing. Items such as flour, pasta, rice and canned goods are difficult to get our hands on ho...wever not impossible. To avoid missing out, we suggest trying something new. Why not try using basmati instead of jasmine rice, quinoa instead of pasta or dried beans rather than canned. Times are a little strange at the moment so adaptability is important. We appreciate all the support and patience we have received in the last few weeks from all our long standing and new customers and assure you we have put on extra staff and are working around the clock to get your orders out asap. Usually we make our curry from scratch but this paste was so easy and tasted just as good, if not better! We just added a bunch of veggies (cauliflower, broccoli & potato) and some tofu and served with quinoa, because #2021healthgoals ... 15.01.2022 Update: Again, we want to thank all of our customers for bearing with us during this uncertain yet busy period. We do have quite the delay in dispatching orders however we have no plans on slowing down any time soon. To try and ensure fairness when so many of you are relying on us at the moment, we are having to limit the volume of some in demand products. We will be making a judgement when filling orders based on what we have in stock, therefore in some cases we may only be... able to provide a portion of what you have ordered. This is not something that we wanted to do however were hoping by providing at least something we will be able to supply a little bit to a lot rather than a lot to a few. 06.01.2022 Here at 2bros we are committed to providing a service to our customers that rivals all others. Since the initial lockdown in Perth, we have adopted a range of new processes which address both safety and efficiency. Unfortunately, following all recommendations from the Western Australian Government, we will be suspending Click and Collect orders until at earliest Monday the 8th of February. Any Click and Collect orders that have already been placed will be contacted tomorrow to make alternate arrangements. We have also had a high volume of orders placed since the announcement, therefore we are anticipating a couple of days delay in dispatching orders. 01.01.2022 This deliciousness is Miso glazed sweet potato which we filled lettuce cups with but you can have in tacos, on top of noodles or even on its own. We used white miso paste with some of our Sriracha, soy sauce and topped with sesame seeds. Who needs meat? ( Occasionally, we do )
