14.01.2022 These winter months can leave you hunting for sun and missing the outdoors . For a lot of my clients getting outside in winter can be challenging. A few things to keep in mind: Vitamin D: if you are unable to get outside and in the sun for 20 minutes a day (and even if you are!) include foods that contain vitamin D such as eggs, sardines, mackerel, salmon, mushrooms. Book an online session with a functional movement gym that caters to your specific mobility ... or ev...en better go in for a session @makingstridesau Eat warming foods.
