25.01.2022 Our Help Desk has advised the problem relating to emails should be fixed so please apply for a voucher online at our website www.ndn.org.au Please let us know if your voucher is not coming through to your emails. We are receiving a high volume of calls each day. We are working out of the Office but check messages at least three times a day and return each call. Sometimes we cannot understand the message as the caller doesn't speak slowly or clearly. We always return your c...all at least once and if the caller does not pick up, we leave a message. Thank you for your patience during this time. We want to see every animal desexed as over population of animals in Australia is very high. Please desex your dog or cat as early as possible. Female cats can come into season and get pregnant as early as 4 months ! If you have any questions regarding desexing please check out our website. 23.01.2022 We will be holding National Desexing Month in September this year (due to COVID-19). We would like as many Vets, Councils and organisations to participate by offering special reduced prices. 22.01.2022 Today is the first day of National Desexing Month (September). We have 78 participating Vets nationwide offering discount desexing to either concession card holders or the general public. Please visit our website www.ndn.org.au and click on National Desexing Month, then pet owners. There is a link to the spreadsheet with participating Vets. Please check if we have any in your area and if so, contact the Vet to make an appointment in September. Please mention National Desexing Month. YOU DO NOT NEED VOUCHERS FOR NATIONAL DESEXING MONTH ! 15.01.2022 The NSW Government is introducing annual permits for non-desexed cats and restricted and dangerous dogs. From 1 July 2020 owners of cats not desexed by four mon...ths of age will be required to pay an $80 annual permit in addition to their one-off lifetime pet registration fee. 14.01.2022 National Desexing Month is usually held in July each year but this year due to the current COVID-19 situation we are changing the month to September hopefully. We will keep you updated on the definite month as soon as we know further information. We do have over 160 participating Vets nationwide offering discount desexing to concession card holders. 13.01.2022 Summer breeding time is here again ! Please desex your pet as early as possible. Female cats can become pregnant by 4 months of age and can have multiple litters in a year. Shelters and Pounds are overflowing with unwanted animals each year. We are running Council cat desexing programs in Queensland for Scenic Rim, Fraser Coast, Lockyer Valley and Cairns. In Victoria we are running cat desexing programs for Bendigo and Moira Councils. In New South Wales we are running a ...cat desexing program for Hornsby and Campbelltown and in South Australia we are running a cat and dog desexing program for Whyalla Council. If you are a resident of one of these Councils please contact us on 1300 368 992 to see if you qualify. We also have over 150 participating Vets nationwide offering discount desexing to concession card holders all year round. 11.01.2022 We are currently running Council cat desexing programs for Whyalla Council SA, Campbelltown Council NSW, Hornsby Council NSW and Bendigo Council VIC. We are also running cat desexing Council programs in Queensland for Cairns Council, Banana Shire Council, Fraser Coast Council, Scenic Rim Council, Central Highlands Council (dogs also), Lockyer Valley Council. If your Council is not listed above we are not able to assist you with a Council voucher but please contact your local Council and ask if they are running any desexing programs.

02.01.2022 The City of Greater Geelong, local Vets and GAWS animal shelter are offering discounted cat desexing during the month of July 2020. This is for residents of City of Greater Geelong only. Females $130, Males $99 - includes desexing, microchipping, registration, flea and worm treatment. Please contact a participating Vet listed below to make a booking as soon as possible.
