Today I was down at Coburg Lake Reserve with my son - he had a big fall off his bike at the bottom of th...e hill near the gym equipment area. I would love to thank Sam for being so kind and helping attend to my son - he was a complete mess and I don’t think I thanked her enough for her first aid kit, her attempts to calm down my son and simply just being so kind. When we went to take a look in our own archives for documents or ephemera relating to the Influenza Pandemic on 1918-19, we were shocked at how little material we had. Projects like this can help ensure future generations understand the impact of worldwide pandemics.
