22.01.2022 Due to Government mandatory Closures (including gyms) we unfortunately at this time have to close our club effective 8th July 2020 from 6pm. We will keep you updated as further information comes to light in relation to the duration of the mandated closure and re-opening dates are released from the government. For now, it is 6 weeks as per the governments' announcement. Membership billing will be suspended immediately and for the duration, we are closed. For Victorians, that means the small things in or around our home. Today's Mental Health tip is using the power of Love to help us through the struggle. Mahatma Ghandi once wrote, Where there is love there is life. Research shows that Loving and stable relationships can help to: Improve a person’s ability to manag...e stress Decrease anxiety and depression. Up until 3 months ago, I thought that love was something only experienced & shared between partners. Since then I've come to realize that like people, Love comes in many shapes and forms. For my Birthday yesterday I was shown an immense amount of Love from my Australian and International Community/Family. It was then that I realized, I Love every single person that I have crossed paths with over my now 38 years of living. Thank you very much to everyone that called, commented, sent messages and visited to say Happy Birthday. It puts me at ease and gives me hope, knowing that so many people care about me. 07.01.2022 Over the weekend there was an exciting announcement from the government confirming that restrictions are easing in gyms! For now, gyms must continue to be staffed with a Covid Marshall at all times to operate. It has been confirmed that this will be reviewed in two weeks which will hopefully see the return of 24/7 trade. *fingers crossed* Venue capacity has now been increased up to 150 people with a maximum of 1 person per 4 square metres ... These changes are effective immediately and if your membership is currently on hold due to recent restrictions and you'd like to recommence training, we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to reactivate your membership.
