22.01.2022 BUSINESS AS USUAL a late but important update from your friends at 313 Vets: We remain open for business as usual tomorrow and into the foreseeable future. Please feel free to book your usual appointments with us! At 313 Vets we care for You and your pets. This isn’t just a slogan the health and wellbeing of our clients and the greater community is a top priority and accordingly we will be adopting some simple measures to ensure we protect the wellbeing of our clients an...d staff 1. If you are feeling unwell, or have been exposed to someone who is, please reschedule your appointment. If your pet has an urgent health concern and you are feeling unwell, please contact us via phone so that we can make appropriate arrangements. 2. Please ensure you follow basic hygiene procedures before and after visiting the clinic this includes washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water and avoiding touching your face. 3. We kindly ask that you limit persons attending appointments to 1 person per animal where possible. This is to practice ‘social-distancing’ in order to minimise the number of people exposed in the event of an asymptomatic (shows no symptoms) infection. 4. The big question on everybody’s lips: At this stage there is still no evidence that dogs can play a role in the spread of this human disease, or that they become sick. We will post more information on this tomorrow. If you have any concerns regarding your pet’s health and are unsure what to do, do not hesitate to call us on 9813 4755 during our opening hours.

05.01.2022 Our littlest patient of last week, in for her desexing surgery chilling out in the cat consult room prior to her big operation

04.01.2022 Hello Facebook friends! Not often we share posts but this one means a fair bit to us. Mimi, who is a Japanese spitz yet from Chihuahua Rescue Australia Inc. with limited vet work, had her desexing surgery, vaccinations and blood tests run through us. We diagnosed her with cushings disease with the blood test combined with her clinical signs such as excessive drinking and eating, pot belly and poor hair coat. All funds raised are going towards Mimis vet work, and more importantly her very expensive ongoing medications. Her foster carer is so so touched by the funds raised so far, to reach the target might actually make her cry
