DETECT was tested with 340 children in Australia aged four to eight years and the studys primary endpoint was achieved in determining its validity and reliability as an effective psychometric tool. ... 15.01.2022 A recently published study by ADHD Australia has highlighted the importance of improving access to psychologists and other therapists to assist with behaviours associated with the symptom of inattention presented in people with ADHD. Participants were asked what the priority areas to focus on in finding the right medications and therapies. The majority (78.2%) believe we need to focus on improving access to psychologists and other therapists to help with behaviour.
