23.01.2022 THE Bankstown Sports Club Bulldogs lost to the Manly Waratahs at Manly Oval last Saturday, after the home side batted first and compiled a solid 9-242. Hostile paceman Liam Marshall continues the proud history of the Bulldogs Kennel in producing top class quicks. Len Pascoe and Jeff Thomson are evidence of this. Marshall took 3-38 and blasted through the Waratahs who wilted under the pressure. A very promising young talent indeed, Ben Le Bas, tied up the middle order with his flight and guile to claim 2-27. 22.01.2022 THE Bulldogs’ Quincy Dodd and Sarah Togatuki will be among nine NSW players making their State of Origin debut when they run out on the field for the clash against Queensland on Friday. 13.01.2022 Two people have been taken to hospital with head injuries after being assaulted during an armed robbery at Beverly Hills. About 8.55am today (Wednesday, November 11, police responded to reports of an alleged assault and robbery at a business on Tooronga Terrace in Beverly Hills. Upon arrival they found two people with head injuries, requiring medical treatment. They were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to St George Hospital in a stable cond...ition. Officers are searching for three people who were seen leaving the premises in a small, grey sedan. Police are examining CCTV as part of their investigation and are asking for any dash cams footage from members of the public.
