Here are some facts, you choose if Popcorn is actually Good For You Popcorn is a whole grain and high in several important nutrients.... It contains vitamins and minerals and is High in Fibre to help keep you regular. Loaded with antioxidants, protein, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and B vitamins.
