10.01.2022 Meet Jess Jess is another ex level 10 Gymnast at 360 who you will see around the gym coaching your daughters. Jess has just commenced our Teen Fit classes on a Thursday night from 5pm -7pm.... If you have a daughter aged between 12-16 years old and she is wanting to just keep some general fitness, flexibility, would like to learn how to flip on tramp and floor, relax with some Yoga, dance like a queen doing hip hop then book her in for a FREE trial through our customer portal on our website.
