19.01.2022 Herbs in the wild We are surrounded by herbs in our everyday lives and this book was written to help you use wild herbs.

18.01.2022 Our bodies are a series of things that either we do daily or that we inherited (injuries, things we are born with) and this my friends is one of the main reasons people get a massage. Try it, you can still see me as often just less pain!

18.01.2022 Spider-Man and the avengers hit the road again on the 35th Nsw Variety Bash - Bondi to Batt Reef. . @varietynsw_act #varietybash2019 #spiderman @ Sydney, Australia

15.01.2022 Often we need to help friends going through a tough time. Our words will matter. Recently I heard someone respond to a person going through a life changing diagnosis "I am sorry that this has happened to you". The words really helped that person. Here is a great piece on Empathy. It may just help you say the right thing or at least think before speaking.

14.01.2022 I am so blessed to be able to help ease people's pain through massage and herbs. Let the healing begin. #herbalextractcompany #herbalmedicine #naturopath #buddhawatches #day24 #noosaliving #notjustmassage

11.01.2022 Is Normal good enough? Regularly in clinic I see clients who tell me that their diet is normal, their exercise level is normal, water intake normal, their weight is normal and their drinking is normal? When I question them on some of these areas I have to use every single piece of my diplomacy to point out that 'normal' is not always good.... As the size of the human race increases I am frequently confronted with clients who have so many increased risk factors for their future health but they often stand strongly in front of me and 'argue' that they are normal compared to those around them. So I ask is normal good? If they have many risk factors for heart disease - increased weight, poor eating habits, excess drinking, limited to no exercise and their blood results are starting to show signs of 'stress' in these areas you would think that would be enough to make some changes. But often they tell me they can't make any changes or will pick and choose which ones. When they get a dire diagnosis all of a sudden they want to change.....and that may be too late. So I ask again, if you look in the mirror and know that your health could be better, stop comparing yourself to others (the key piece of advice here) and start fighting for yourself , your health and your future.

10.01.2022 We can all do our bit. Good on you France!
