06.01.2022 Have you ever had colleagues who demonstrated behaviour and communication so negative and toxic it took a toll on an entire teams morale? EQ Strategist was honoured to be invited to facilitate an online intervention for one such group just a few weeks ago who were recovering after that individual left. We designed and ran a 1/2 day team building/training with the focus on finding the positives of the entire experience (a great way to "let go of the past") and then aligning on what would make the next 12 months exceptional for the group. The outcomes were incredibly fulfilling. More importantly, we were inspired by the courage, vulnerability and determination of this wonderful group of people - Kleenex was required - who we know are even better for the experience.
