19.01.2022 Yoga is happening each Tuesday at 6pm. I get there early to warm the room, so be assured you will be comfortable!!! Mariko is our teacher and in the true Japanese style, she gives us a wonderful stretch and full body exercise. We finish off with shavasana - relaxing on our mats - so good to destess and become more able to deal with life challenges. Hope to see you there!!
