23.01.2022 This applies to teachers and trainers as well. One of the biggest struggles I see when teachers first start to use 4MAT is to let go of the content so that learners can actually complete the cycle and let the teacher see what they can do with what they were taught. I know we feel better when we can say we taught them everything we had planned, but if your learners don't get to use it we won't know if they have really learned it... and that is the whole point.
