24.01.2022 Covid-19 25th March 2020 Currently 4wd Trekmasters Office and Workshop remains open, with strict hygiene and distancing procedures in place from 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We will continue to operate until advised otherwise. To protect our customers and staff, and to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have implemented the following strict procedures:... 1. Recommend using our on-line store or phone for ordering of parts & accessories. Please ring prior to ordering or for confirmation if require information or assistance. 2. IN STORE you are welcome to visit our store but must follow Health Department guidelines. Customers to maintain 1.5m distancing at all times. Store capacity is limited in line with government recommendations (1x person per 4sqm). 3. Please do not come to the store if you are feeling unwell. Please phone or use on-line and we will assist you with quality contactless service. 4. A "Drop & Go" service is now available at our workshop for all Suspension Work. No entry to workshop will be allowed. We will continue our quality inspections, maintenance and fittings. We will communicate with you how this can work to ensure safety of our customers and staff. 5. Payment preferred method is by card, if possible, although cash is still an option. 6. We continue to regularly sanitise all common areas, cars, surfaces and enforce strict handwashing and hygiene practices among all staff Please keep up to date for any further updates via FaceBook and our Website.
