OMG the Kangaroo meat with the chimichurry sauce was juicy and so tender with fluffy mash. Damn amazing .... Too good to be true, I will be definitely be visiting 500 Degrees steakhouse. When the boys in Kogarah said they had a new steak and 3 veg dish to get me to try I didnt realise it was tomatoes, greens and karats As a special fathers day menu item theyve wrapped a ribeye in 24ct gold edible sheets. I know what your thinking. Its been done. But Nusr Et charges $5000 for his and this is on the vicinity of $70. Cheaper than getting him a bottle of whiskey really. Was cooked beautiful medium rare and nice seasoning on the greens. They so have me a some mighty big burger. Perhaps the biggest double patty Ive ever seen. Im so used to flat smash patties now but the basting sauce was delicious.
