24.01.2022 A new study has found that when physically fit men (using the same products I do) to boost their protein intake and improve their nutrition when training, they significantly enhanced their muscular power, strength, aerobic performance, and flexibility. Awesome! The study is a follow-up to previous research conducted on women by researchers at Skidmore College. Now, both studies for physically active males and females have demonstrated that these great products combined with ...exercise training improves physical performance. If you ware wanting to get stronger, leaner and add strength to your body leading up to Christmas and over the New Year period, now is a great time to start. 21.01.2022 Some of us are looking for that magical pill to make the necessary changes that we need whether it be for better health, become fitter, stronger, less stress, more energy or just more focus and better clarity in your busy life. Unfortunately, there isn't a pill that does all that. However, it doesn't take a lot to make a start to review your health & wellness situation and then implement a plan that can help you become a healthier and better you in the future It is important... to remember that any change has to start with you and not by someone else. You have to own it, want it, breath it, taste it and follow that path until you reach you first goals.
