12.01.2022 After taking the Saturday & Sunday beach sessions , I’m always a believer in completing a session that I set my clients. So I came back this afternoon and gave it a crack Also to see what the fuss is about ........ seriously who sets this stuff CRAZY ... No matter how difficult this looks , no matter what fitness level you are these sessions are always modified for all types of fitness so get amongst it guys great week to cap it off 10inlet track runs 100 star jumps 90 mc’s 80 bicycles 70 walking lunges 60 up+ touches 50 push-ups 40 in’s and outs 30 burpees 20 squats (5 shuttles + 10 high knees) x 5 #nevergiveupwellsy #50notout

Alternating Saturday and Sunday mornings 7am Sutherland Shire Area - Combination programs alternating beach, park, and sand hill sessions incorporating body weight , abdominal & weighted exercises Locations detailed on a weekly basis Based on improving cardio vascular fitness, health and well-being Session costs are valued at 3sessions for the price of 2 per week, paid weekly direct debit only thanks!
