Ontop of her training with us, she also gained confidence and became a Zumba instructor.... With her love of dance and fitness combined she now teaches Zumba at a local gym. 11.01.2022 Check out this incredible 2020 Transformation Sak joined our team in January and won 1st Place in Male Weightloss, losing 37.8kgs in 12wks. Covid hit but Sak stayed on track and returned on the 7th September with another 7kgs lost.... Continuing to smash training (5 days per week) and his weekly weigh ins he dropped another 7kgs in his first two weeks back.
