25.01.2022 I enjoyed a fabulous childhood...I had some great role models...my mum took me to my first jazzercise class, & I met the instructor whose name was Ellie, and she was smiling throughout the whole class...I thought, I wanna do that!

Please note: 80s Flash Aerobics is for those of us who enjoy low impact exercise, and having fun!! The routines are simple and fun to do and the class is designed for all ages and fitness levels!!
