They also quote the precautionary principle which is legally binding in Europe (not in the US). While this effort is welcome, considering the clear evidence of harm not only scientific but also human we are past the precautionary stage. We need action to stop this. We can destroy ATP in water with a 2.4 GHz cell transmission.
