24.01.2022 Yoga Meditation Hebrew Edition Fundraiser One of Gregor's Israeli students has translated his book "Yoga Meditation, Through Mantra, Chakras and Kundalini to Spiritual Freedom". Now she is moving forward to publishing via the below crowdfunding campaign. 22.01.2022 My album ‘Sacred Sounds’ is officially launched on Bandcamp! Let me first say I would NEVER have produced an album. ... This album was not planned but evolved from the trust of deep friendships and a collaboration of passions and talents. Someone asked me to contribute something during the pandemic lockdown I chose the Langhunysa mantra - a Vedic healing mantra that reminds us that infinite consciousness resides within each of our hearts and in this way we are ALWAYS connected as one eternal heart. My friend, Scott Mitchell, multi-instrumentalist and Sound Engineer heard the mantra and was inspired to produce it. Scott then asked if he could record me chanting more mantras. He had a vision that he wanted to ‘play’ with. This is his SOUND CREATION with a different instrument he intuitively perfectly matched to each mantra combined with my voice, my love for mantra and for sharing sacred sounds. As a yogini I have taught and shared mantra over the last 30 years of teaching. Chanting sacred mantras is my daily dedication, me HARMONISING myself with ANCIENT voices and the VIBRATIONS of the cosmos. 08.01.2022 The main insight behind the Yoga of Sound is that reality consists of vibration which in essence is sound. Everything is vibrating and therefore has a primal sound an atom, a human being, a star. The letters of the Sanskrit alphabet reflect the prime powers of creation. Each letter has a vibrational power additional to the words which carry their meaning. Yoga’s approach looks at the power of sound as part of a sacred approach to the whole of life and consciousness. Each... mantra has its signature energy that brings about a specific effect upon the mind and can be understood according to its sound, meaning and application. Every sound affects us consciously and unconsciously. Mantra is a concentrated way to align our conscious mind with our hearts peaceful intent and uplift our spirit that we can contribute positively to others. Come chant with me...! 07.01.2022 I have a very average voice and I cannot sing. But when I chant I can really enjoy the sound of my voice... Especially when I chant one of the 112 meditations f...rom the Vijñna Bhairava Tantra. They are truly divine, as is this particular translation by Lorin Roche of this one: "There is a Knower who experiences everything. There is a Presence dancing everywhere. There is a Lover who embraces us all. I am one with that Light. I am one with that Power. I am one with that Love. We'll learn another in my Sacred Sounds Workshop online this 8 August...

02.01.2022 Sitting in our lounge room, tea and cake, late on a winter’s afternoon, with my dear friend Prue Dudley, watching the clouds rolling in I say I have a pair of... angel wings. I’ve always imagined taking pictures with them in clouds like these. Prue says Great! Go put them on!. Me: What now?! Silly question Prue: Of course now!
