Just remember this too shall pass, you are loved, you are not alone (maybe physically right now, but we’re all in this together) and you can DO this! Instead of watching hours of news and things that can increase fear, dig around on the internet for the stories about people doing good things and helping others. Restore you...r faith in humanity, this situation is bringing out the best in a lot of people. It might not be what the media is focused on, but it’s definitely out there. Focusing on what we’re grateful for is a great way to bring back some calm in moments of fear.
