24.01.2022 At just $1 these Pat and Stick's Homemade cookies are so very dangerous What's your go to? With burnt butter choc chip, ANZAC and almond shortbread you can't make a wrong decision! Though we might need to keep the shortbread jar under lock and key to stop the staff from eating them all

Bouldering keeps me feeling physically strong, and as a bonus I love the aspect of movement mastery and problem solving in climbing. 05.01.2022 As much as we're all itching to farewell what has been a really tough year, it's with great sadness that with the end of 2020 we'll also be saying goodbye to one of our longest serving and hardest working staff members, @wendyrl. Wendy was the first staff member our manager @amyfenton_ ever hired back at 9dA in 2017 and she moved over to LC with Amy when it opened. It's safe to say our little gym wouldn't be what it is without her. Next year Wendy will be moving into full t...ime work on @junglehousecreative, the video production company she shares with @tomjgilligan (who you'll probably recognise from 9dA!). We couldn't be more proud or excited to and can't wait to see what will come next for them There is far too much to say about the bright spark that is Wendy so keep reading over in our next post.
