23.01.2022 So sad to say that someone tried to steal your favourite cheese trailer last night, they made it, they towed it away just enough to be recorded by several cctv installed in the neighbourhood & somehow they changed their mind.... for sure Lactose Intolerant Theft ! I really wish you bad people out there a life full of Jarlsberg ! We are not giving up and we are lucky enough to be at the markets this week with a limited selection of products due to some loss for interrupted refrigeration. Thanks to the neighbours and to the police in helping recovery the Cheese Trailer!

04.01.2022 Our current wheel of @fromageriesmarcelpetite Comté is spectacular. The flavors are so layered it has blown our minds. It’s slightly tropical fruity, a tad floral, subtly oniony, and full of scalded cream. Every wheel of Comté is unique and reflects the pasture, the season it was made, and the craftsmanship of the cheesemaker. Ours is selected for us by @a_b_cheese @bondifarmersmarket from the caves of Marcel Petite in the Jura. Seriously, it brought tears to our eyes. See you this weekend
