22.01.2022 HOW TO BOOK The blue BOOK NOW tab above on this page will take you to a list of services the salon offers & prices. You can book your own appointment at your convenience & manage that appointment if you need to re-schedule or cancel. I am minimising the amount of time I spend on the phone as sometimes I just don’t have a free hand, or the service I’m providing is extremely time sensitive. I’m sure you can appreciate the phone can be disruptive to the client I am serving at ...the time. In saying that, you are most welcome to call if you need to & I thank you in advance for your patience if my answer service picks up your call. You will notice that some services are charged at an hourly rate. This may be a new concept for some of you, but actually works to benefit our clients in situations where multiple services are performed to achieve your desired hair goal as everything you require during your time with us is included in one flat rate (no surprises ). I am confident I can give an accurate assessment of what’s achievable & a time frame for your service during consultation. Please read your service description carefully. Some services require you to provide a quick answer when booking. I have a set block of time for each service. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking. Your deposit is redeemed at the time of your scheduled service. The salon offers AfterPay at the counter, but it is not able to be used for deposit. You can transfer your deposit to your next booking if you have arranged to re-schedule or cancel a minimum of 2 business days before your original booking. In the case of cancellation later than 2 business days prior to the booking or a no show the booking deposit in NOT refunded. I understand that sometimes lifehappens & you may be running late, but depending on other bookings, if you are running later than 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled. I have been a hairdresser for 28 years & remain truely passionate about my industry. The way I run my business now is carefully considered from all those years of experience in what is the best practice for both my clients & myself. I live for awesome hair! From this point forward you can put your name down on a cancellation list. ... How will this work? Your contact number will be messaged or called (your preference) if a space becomes available. All appointments in the shutdown period will be cancelled. Bookings made online will be given priority for re-book or a refund of their booking fee. All clients must adhere to salon safety procedures : DO NOT enter the premises if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has a communicable illness or have been in an identified hotspot. Follow direction by authorities if you are required to be in quarantine. Do not bring others (including children) to your appointment. Unless permission has been obtained. Please arrive promptly for your appointment & remain in the area you are directed to by your stylist for the duration of your booking. Use hand sanitation methods provided within the salon. The entire area you are occupying is disinfected before your arrival & after your departure. All towels, wraps used during your service are clean & not re-used. All tools are sanitised. Remember to think about your payment method before arrival to reduce contact & time at the counter. Please be respectful of other clients in the salon & maintain social distancing.
