24.01.2022 Here it is everyone my first mat Pilates video. it goes for about 30 minutes and has a guest appearance from Lenny!! sorry in advance for that one but he might provide you all with a little laugh for your day. I'm not the best with making videos so hopefully it is good enough for you to follow along too. will get some more done soon so you have a few different ones to do with varying intensity. hope we are all staying well. If you already do our reformer classes or have done... reformer or mat classes before anywhere you will all be perfectly fine to do any session I put up over the coming weeks. This session is okay for beginners. If you have never done Pilates before you can still give this session a go at your own pace and at your own risk. 17.01.2022 We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year. After the year we have had we hope you all enjoy some time with your family and loved ones. We also would like to thank you all for supporting us through our closure due to covid and then coming back to us in full swing when we reopened. Stay safe everyone and will see you all when classes resume Monday the 4th January.

04.01.2022 UPDATE.... FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT CLOSURES, A2 PILATES STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED AS OF MIDDAY TODAY, MONDAY THE 23rd MARCH. ... Todays 9.15am and 10.30am class will still go ahead but they will be the last classes for now. We are not sure how long we will have to be closed for but we will keep you all updated if term 2 will go ahead as normal or if we still have to be closed. These are sad times but we are doing our bit to hopefully try and slow the spread of COVID-19. We know how much you all enjoy your pilates so if we have to be closed into term 2 we will think of ways to get some classes to you through the power of technology. But for now we encourage everyone to also do their bit and stay home as much as possibly can to help slow the spread. We will be sending out emails today to our current class participants and we will continue to stay in contact with you all and keep you updated. We thank you all for your understanding at this time and wish to all our class participants to stay safe and healthy and hopefully we will be back in action soon.

03.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the new border restrictions our Victorian class participants will not be able to get across the border to attend class as of Wednesday the 22nd July. We are very saddened by this and hope that the border is not closed for too long. From now on if you still receive a reminder text please ignore it as your name will remain in the class so you don’t lose your spot for next term and we don’t lose track of who was in what class.
