13.01.2022 Renovating your home is the best investment that you could ever make. Its adding value and if you try to do as much of the work yourself, you will reap more rewards. An old farmhouse that we restored and renovated over 7 years, was sold for more than 780% what we originally paid for it - so it was a good investment, despite the blood sweat and tears that went into it. Before and after photos are to be found in our album "Coach House Restoration". We spent the equivalent of around AU$ 25 000 renovating the old house, so there are ways of doing things economically whilst still achieving a good result.

09.01.2022 This is, for us, our ideal garden, although clipping those small hedges was a bit time consuming . This pic was taken in winter and so the iceberg roses, that fill the beds between the hedges, were not in bloom.
