Communication - I left a voice message which was promptly returned after business hours and i was able to book a bond inspection clean at short notice. 2. Professionalism & Pricing - I was provided with a quote which was consistent with final invoicing. The rate was very competitive (even compared with Cleaners on the east coast let alone WA). At the end of the clean i was refunded $44 to my nominated account as the time of work was less than that initially quoted reflecting trust, integrity and professionalism. Apartment was described as immaculate by property agency who reviewed it to free up the bond. I wish Matt and the team every success in growing their business as they clearly have the customer in mind and deliver a fantastic service !
