14.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all my clients and their families. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

12.01.2022 We have resumed regular sessions after Covid-19, and I am so happy to be seeing "my" kids again and welcoming new children. Seeing and hearing their home schooling successes and disasters, has emphasized my appreciation of teachers. I realised that I had also made some wonderful friends in some of the parents. When you live with the stresses, successes and trials of a life with a child with extra needs, finding friends who understand can be hard. ... Finding specialists that can relate and appreciate our children is even harder. I am proud to say that I appreciate and enjoy being around ALL children! Seeing life through their eyes and being able to help them understand not just school work but life, is rewarding and a true joy. If you bring your child to AAA Tutoring & Skill Building, you can be assured they will be treated like people with feelings, and thoughts of their own. -Theresa

10.01.2022 Well as we all know it is that time of year again. I would like to thank all my clients and their families for sticking with AAA Tutoring through such a difficult year. I have enjoyed seeing all the lovely students progressing with their school work and seeing the proof in their report cards. All progress not matter how small is still progress. The students I tutor become like family to me, and it brings me much joy to see them every week. ... While we enjoy our Christmas with family and friends, I will still be missing all the happy smiling faces. So until 2021... stay safe and have a happy holidays.

08.01.2022 Report Cards are coming in and I hope your child's show what you were hoping/expecting. Feel free to share if you are proud! If it was not what you were hoping for give me a call!

I am looking into other options, some maybe to send out packages, or access online content. If you are not a current client and are interested in hearing more, please pm this page. Current clients will be notified once options are finalized. ... Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe and isolated.

03.01.2022 Home Learning looks different for many families. In our home with our 12 year old who lives with ASD and ADHD it has been a really stressful time for us, and him. The change in routine, and trying to keep him focused on school work in school hours, is taking it's toll. How are you all coping, I hope you are enjoying this extra time with your children! If it is stressful, like ours, then I hope you have someone, maybe an awesome partner or someone you can talk to on the phone... or via zoom that can help you alleviate your stress or help you talk it out. The talk is that school is going back the week of the 25th of May. If all is well then I am also hoping to open back up to face to face sessions. https://qed.qld.gov.au/abo/news-and-media/novel-coronavirus Fingers crossed this will happen. I hope to see my regulars and new clients soon

03.01.2022 After a tough home schooling experience, Matthew heads back to school after 9 weeks. Emmaus College Rockhampton staff have been so supportive, going above and beyond in my book! I am taking a week's well earned break ... I hope everyone's morning goes smoothly, especially families whose children have "issues".

03.01.2022 This came up in my personal feed today, and I just had to share.

03.01.2022 This program really helped my son. Recommend it highly.

02.01.2022 Currently 2021 after school appointments are full. I have appointments available at the beginning and end of the day. Turning away potential clients, hurts my heart. It is not something I take lightly. If your child is struggling, is it really a disservice, taking them late or picking up early, if you are helping understand the concepts that are keeping they are struggling with? ... We do it for therapy appointments, (I speak from experience), maybe consider it for their education.

02.01.2022 Sue Market is always good listening and learning. If you can join then go for it.

01.01.2022 Wondering how to keep your child progressing while Social Distancing in term 2? Here at AAA Tutoring we have put together a couple of options, for you to choose from, depending on your child. Any questions give us a call or shoot us a message.

01.01.2022 Each sessions starts with a relaxing game, either board games, cards or Jenga. This week there has been a very unofficial contest of who can build the highest Jenga tower. Started the week with low numbers then on Wednesday we got 29 levels. But yesterday we had a winner...... Bryleigh and I (mainly Bryleigh- such a superstar) got a WHOPPING 31 LEVELS! Here is a pic, can you tell how proud she is? Can we all give her a congratulations??? PS we couldn't go any higher, no bricks left. Lol
