20.01.2022 Beautiful people... . Wifi, EMF radiation and 5G... what on earth is it? Whats the big deal? Is it safe? Has it been tested? How does it affect our health? How can you protect yourself, your home and your children from exposure? . I have been doing a lot of research into the health effects of EMF (electro magnetic frequency) radiation from wifi and I was literally floored when I came across the research. 19.01.2022 Are you holding onto unhelpful thoughts & feelings and creating a barrier to the expression of your true Self?? . Picture your true self, your higher Self as a beautiful blue sky. The sky is always there, always present, however sometimes we lose sight of it because of clouds right? Well those clouds (thoughts & feelings) can pass easily and quickly.. orrrrr, they can hang around for a loooooong time if we dont let go of them. Over time we lose sight of the sky (our true Sel...f) because its covered with so many clouds (thoughts & feelings). . I invite you to take a little mental inventory... are you obscuring your true amazingness, your love and light, by holding onto some things from the past?? 11.01.2022 Why I love meditation... Meditation is a gateway. Its a gateway to experiencing the true nature of your Self ... the true nature of the Universe. During meditation we have the opportunity to connect straight to Source. In truth, we are never NOT connected to source, but meditation allows us to perceive this connection more clearly. It is said that a quiet mind hears the voice of god. I can attest to that. ... The practice of meditation also STRENGTHENS this connection. The more we take the time to be in communion with the Universe, the more it will be in communion with us. Overtime this connection gets stronger and stronger and your heart begins to overflow with this incredible divine bliss and grace that truly is heavenly & just cant be explained. Meditation allows us to connect to our own inner wisdom. Today we have come to seek our Self externally.. in material possessions, media, relationships, friendships.. even in some religions & spiritual teachers. 05.01.2022 Hi everyone... I wanted to share this link to Sacha Stones documentary on 5G. We need to wake up to this. The frequencies emitted from 4G are bad enough, 5G is deadly... It contains the same band width used in military weaponry. These waves are incredibly dangerous to humans and to the environment. I am working on putting together an event about 5G and its dangers.. there is also a talk being held on April 28th by two barristers on how we can stop it from being implemented, will post link to the FB event in comments. 01.01.2022 Sometimes... actually... often times, my heart feels like it could actually explode from the gratitude and love I feel for even the simplest experiences and moments in life. A dying elderly lady was once asked what she would miss most about life. She shared that she would miss the feeling of sun on her skin, the feeling of a tear rolling down her cheek, the embrace of her loved ones. This physical body we are in is what enables us to experience tangible form in this dimensi...on. That tangible form is unavailable to us when we are in the world and form of spirit. So stop and smell the roses, immerse yourself in nature, listen to the sounds of the birds resonate on your ear drum, feel the wind blowing on your skin, feel the physical touch of your beloved. For one day, our ability to sense and feel in the way we do as humans will no longer be available to us. Dont waste away, or take this experience of life for granted. Your soul has chosen to come here and have this experience of life. A close psychic friend once said to me that there are thousands of souls waiting in line to come to earth. How blessed we are to have been given the precious gift of incarnation, this precious gift of life.
