She just needs to complete her supervision hours, then she will be ready to sit the Behaviour Analyst Board exam in coming months. Big year for our Carly! Make sure you wish her luck with her studies when you see her around



16.01.2022 Introducing Jemma!! Behaviour Therapist Jemma is going into her final year of a double degree in Secondary Education and Arts with an extended major in psychology at Monash University!... While Jemma is new to the field of ABA, she has been involved in both volunteer and professional youth work since graduating high school in 2014. She loves instilling confidence and a sense of accomplishment in the children she works with and finds the work incredibly rewarding. Jemma hopes to one day work in the disability sector as a child psychologist and is extremely passionate about equity in education. In her spare time, you'll find Jemma testing out all the doughnut hot spots in Melbourne, bike riding or having a laugh with her friends!

13.01.2022 Introducing Tia!! Behaviour Therapist Tia is currently studying Occupational Therapy at Australia Catholic University. She is excited to be apart of the team at ABA kids and looks forward to combining her skills and experience from both settings.... Tia has a natural affinity for young children and has known for many years that her passion and career lies in early intervention. Tia believes every child has the ability to succeed if given the right guidance and support. Establishing ongoing relationships with children and their families, and being apart of their learning journey, is the highlight of her working day. Outside of work, Tia loves finding new places to go for walks and recently found a new passion for indoor plants.

Lea has been employed by ABA Kids since January 2019, since the very beginning. Lea's main duties include payroll, accounting, reporting and overseeing business operations. Lea has over 30 years experience in providing professional services across a broad range of financial areas. In her spare time, Lea enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, supporting orphaned children in India, volunteering at The Royal Children’s Hospital, dancing, music and the arts.

07.01.2022 Introducing Maddie!!! Behaviour Therapist Maddie is currently in her third year of Primary Education at Deakin University. ... Maddie joined the ABA team in 2020 and has loved every minute of it. Maddie is enjoying combining her skills from her Bachelor of Education with the principals of ABA. Previously, Maddie worked as a swimming teacher with children from many different backgrounds. Maddie’s passion is working with children and helping them strive to reach their full potential. Maddie loves witnessing when children have that "light bulb moment", when everything taught begins to click. In her spare time, Maddie enjoys keeping active and being outside. Maddie also loves playing netball and cheering on Collingwood!

When not working at ABA kids, Victoria works as an experienced Yoga teacher, delivering movement and mindfulness practices to diverse groups of young people and adults in a variety of settings including schools, community centers and studios. Victoria has loved the opportunity to combine these skills for regulation into her work as a Behaviour Therapist. In her spare time Vicky enjoys arts and crafts, swimming and hiking.

Behaviour Therapist Amy completed a Bachelors in Psychological Science from La Trobe University in 2019 and she is currently studying her Master's in Social Work at Monash University. ... Amy was introduced to ABA when she attended an ABIA training workshop, and has been providing ABA therapy to children with special needs ever since. Amy found her passion for ABA therapy almost immediately, when she started work with her very first client. She's loves to witness how much a child can accomplish in such a short time, as well as watching those skills generalise into real life scenarios and the community. When Amy is not working, she loves playing video games, going on playgrounds, dancing and exploring.
