07.01.2022 This week is our last week of holiday yoga and our theme is 'Be happy and have fun!' Classes will be held in Herne Hill on Wednesday 20th January for only $15 each. 03.01.2022 Last week's 'I am my own Superhero' class was AMAZING! The children worked around the mantra, I am brave I am strong I am peaceful ... I am my own superhero They discussed who are superhero's, what does it take to be a superhero and what does it mean to be your own superhero. The older primary also discovered that superhero's often need to work as a team and have trust in one another. All the children finished the class off feeling empowered after their fun and enlightening yoga session. Tomorrow's preschool and junior primary class is a sensory 'Walk though the garden' while the older children will be working though the theme to 'grow from the inside'. ABC Kids Yoga is a lovely blend of yoga movement, imaginative play, self awareness and relationship building. 9.30 - 10.15am Preschool with parents 10.45 - 11.30am Prep - Grade 2 1.30 - 2.30pm Grade 3 - 6 3 - 4pm Teens There are still limited places available for tomorrows classes for only $15.
