21.01.2022 Engage in activities that create flow An activity that creates flow is one in which we are totally absorbed, we are challenged, we lose a sense of time, and when we stop we realise how much we loved the activity. This is a great way to increase positivity and improve your wellbeing. I absolutely love hiking especially through gorges. During our travels around Australia we were lucky to visit Karijini and go on some challenging hikes... there was even a tiny incident whe...re I got stuck climbing up a waterfall. But fortunately Mike came to the rescue As I sat at the top of the gorge at the end of the day I reflected on the awesome day I experienced Make time for activities that create flow... hiking, yoga, dancing, swimming, gymnastics, writing, playing a musical instrument, programming or can you think of anything else? 20.01.2022 As April is National Stress Awareness month I wish to share my story with stress in the hope that it brings awareness to those that have, are or may suffer from stress in their life you are not alone. Unfortunately we often accept that stress is a part of our life and do little to improve the situation.
