04.01.2022 Here’s a little blog about myself for those that haven’t seen, spoken or heard from me in a while. After many years of training, completing Nutritional courses and competing in 4 body building competitions. I decided to do some further study and complete my Cert 4 as a Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness. As of the 24th of February 2020 I received my qualifications. ... Then Covid hit us all and my direction has changed for the time being. My focus was to work with people with mental and physical disabilities to brighten the world in which they live. At the moment this has not changed but delayed in the interim. One thing that I know for certain during this crazy time is that my passion to help people build confidence in their health and fitness has only multiplied throughout this time of uncertainty. I will endeavour to do my best to constantly continue to learn, grow my knowledge and ability to best serve you in our Ability Fitness Community. Welcome everyone and blessings to you all!
