10.01.2022 I have Worked in the Disability sector since 2003 in New Zealand, and continued back here in Australia. I have enjoyed my time in this type of work and developed confidence while working with challenging behaviours and developing plans to help support positive change. I believe that everyone deserves to have a life that is of their own choosing and reflects the values that are core to us all.... I was born in Country NSW and grew up with down to earth principles and respect for all types of people. I am professional with my work ability but able to listen when things need to change. I learn quick on the job and can make the best of a bad situation when thrown in the deep end. I have good experience working with families to combine support needs with family values.
