25.01.2022 Being that our guests always come first, wed just like to wish you all a very merry belated Christmas & a safe and exciting New Years celebrations. A quick update, our baby trees are growing, gardens are slowly being formed, Mellons are a growin & theres baby magpies wandering... the rivers superb btw and the blackberries are soon to fruit. 24.01.2022 This is the Rainbow Cottage - a spacious studio unit that overlooks the Rainbow Creek and the Great Dividing Range. The Rainbow Cottage has a spa bath and a full kitchen. We leave all the ingredients in the fridge for you to cook your own breakfast in the morning. Its perfect for a wide range of holiday stays. Pets and little children very welcome.

23.01.2022 This weeks feature unit is the Barn. This original structure on the property has been beautifully renovated, it has a rustic, charming & relaxing appeal. It features a queen bed a self contained kitchen, separate lounge room & spa. A sofa bed is also available in the lounge if needed. A continental & cookable breakfast is provided with plunger coffee, a variety of teas & fresh orange juice. Foxtel & wifi are standard features at Abington. 21.01.2022 Hi my names Diana, as an admin for Abington Farm I thought Id share a drone shot showing the 16 acres that our cabins and main house are situated on and the surrounding 20 acres of paddocks. Having 4 separate cabins/cottages (not sure what to call them) makes Abington quite unique as a B&B and we enjoy offering our tranquility to anyone who may enjoy waking up to moos & magpies singing, were also pets friendly. The rainbow creek runs through the property and alongside the P...umphouse & Riverhouse, so if fishing is a passion theres trout, bass and Redfin and the carp will give you a run also. Ill feature a different cottage a week with some of my favourite photos. Its Autumn so the trees are transforming and new ones are popping up everywhere. As were landscaping we hope you enjoy the small changes as they happen as were beautifying such a large area. Landscaping!! 72 trees carefully placed as not to interrupt views but to enhance, seclude & beautify the initial 16 acres. Gardens are slowly being formed around individual cottages & massages are necessary Abingtons coming alive so looking forward to the years of watching these trees grow. Abington is evolving (slowly as always) but work on the veggie patch has commenced with vigour and our hope is veggies will be available (if in season) to you when you stay. The homestead fires & firepits are burning & the nights are chilling down but as always autumn is a very special time here at Abington. The Maggies are sin...ging and getting fatter and the trees are growing & life plods by timelessly here at Abington. We will be open for business again soon but until then please be kind and gentle to yourselves, this world will adjust and be united again when it is, this time will be a distant memory soon but hopefully we’ll learn from it. 14.01.2022 Good day to you Abingtonians this weeks feature cottage is the Dairy. Its an original structure on the property, renovated to have a cosy rustic feel. It has 2 x double bedrooms, a large lounge with open kitchen & an open concreted living space (with firepit) outside. This was the original circle when used as a dairy. Reverse cycle air conditioning and Wifi access are standard. The view overlooks paddocks with sky that seems to go forever, sunrises are magnificent from t...he dairy. There are plans drawn up for a bathroom makeover with a spa in the not to distant future. This cottage is only listed on one internet site, we keep it especially for return guests with families or friends who require a little more space or of course here on our very own fb page. 08.01.2022 Hi abingtonians. Just wanted to reassure that Abington is safe (pretty smoky) but otherwise unaffected by the fires west on the great dividing range. Business & leisure as usual our guests these days are pure guardians. Couldnt think of safer people to have around at this time. (additional space for 2 singles if needed) with full kitchen, microwave/stove, fridge & dining table within an open lounge space, includes Foxtel & wifi. Separate bedroom with a glass sliding door view across the river & open paddocks towards the great dividing range. The ensuite contains a Triple person spa & large shower. The riverhouse has a deck sur...round perfect for twilight sunset drinks & morning breakfasts with a difference. Its so close to the river you could just about cast a rod from the verandah. 01.01.2022 I thought Id introduce our (rather famous) resident dogs, Chloe & Nova. They are very welcoming and entertaining they also loove other dogs - Did I mention Were Pet Friendly! Having had dogs for many years myself and unable to travel or go away as a result... we love to accommodate that possibility here at Abington Farm. Horses are welcome also
