25.01.2022 Anglesea under-home addition - transformation update with lock up & fix complete, just a lick of paint by the owners required to bring the external to life !

24.01.2022 Great use of space under a home in Anglesea, that will add a rumpus, bedroom & ensuite. Base prepared for steel reinforcement and we are feeling relieved & accomplished after what turned out to be tough going and back breaking, in removing nearly 8m3 with the shovel (Restricted access) - grateful for water that made it bearable each morning, after soaking trenches over night. Will share the end result once we have it locked up.

24.01.2022 Felt a little like The Block today - 7 cars at one count, so glad we didnt congest or hinder a busy road. Home on a very difficult/challenging site in terms of space & steepness, really starting to take some form now.

19.01.2022 As clients are nearly finished with the painting, but hindered due to Covid restrictions, we thought we would share the end result of such a great use of unused space under the existing holiday home. The new addition has a games room, bedroom with ensuite, external exposed aggregate concrete paving and private outdoor shower. Big shout out to Tom & Jacinta, hope you guys get to enjoy it very soon and thanks for entrusting in Abodem to create such an ideal space & addition. Great location and loved working in such peaceful & beautiful surroundings.

09.01.2022 After hold ups & delays, extreme retaining walls, earthmoving and blade piles, we are finally out of the ground thanks to Mick and his amazing crew at Mick Foster Concreting- split level slabs and steep sites come with huge challenges and this one having four different levels, certainly requires dedicated trades, who along with us, are all happy to see this one now being framed up.
