23.01.2022 The process of applying for a visa for a partner is stressful and the current pandemic adds additional hurdles for couples to overcome. Getting advice upfront takes the stress away from the daunting process. https://www.theage.com.au//8000-marriage-visas-granted-onl
23.01.2022 The Department is encouraging International students who are planning to apply for a Temporary Graduate visa and are unable to sit for their English test for the purpose of the visa application to apply for a visa to maintain their lawful status. The greatest concern of the Department is international students who have student visas expiring and unable to lodge a Temporary Graduate visa due to the English language. The Government is considering a change of the Migration Regulations to make the English language test a time of decision criteria. However, this is yet to happen and until then the requirements stay as they are. The team of abode migration lawyers is available to help you with the lodgment of your Temporary Graduate visa.
22.01.2022 Great news for applicants with pending EOI who have nominated an occupation considered a critical skill essential for the covid response and the recovery of the Australian economy. The states and territories have been allocated places for nominations in the 491 and 190 subclasses of visas. Applicants who have nominated non-critical skills occupations are likely to have state and territory nominated options open in October. More information should be available shortly from the relevant states and territories.

09.01.2022 Congratulations on the applicants who we have successfully helped to lodge their 190 visas with a state nomination by the Government of Victoria. We had very busy four weeks! 06.01.2022 Hong Kong passport holders holding a Temporary Graduate visa or applying for the same visa will have their visas extended to 8 July 2025 so would their spouse and children who are the holders of the same visa regardless of the nationality and passport of the secondary applicants.
