25.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have just finished working. It is unbelievable how time flies by when you do something important and you are so much into it. Hard work should be appreciated and rewarded very soon. I trully believe in that. We returned to one of our customers ( kitchen renovation back in winter. Photos attached ) to renovate laundry space. 16.01.2022 @chateau.prieurelichine Chateau Prieuré-Lichine's vast vineyard holdings (70 hectares) are located on some of the best gravelly outcrops in all five communes of the Margaux appellation. Owned by the Ballande group since June 1999, this estate is currently undergoing a major transformation in order to enhance the reputation of its superb terroir even further. The vine density at Prieuré-Lichine is quite high, and the vineyard is carefully managed plot by plot. The grapes are completely picked by hand into small crates and carefully gone over on a sorting table prior to crushing. Only the ripest, healthiest grapes are used. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel. The entire winemaking process is devoted to bringing out the charm, elegance and finesse characteristic of the finest wines in the Margaux appellation. @alsoma.homes

07.01.2022 Hi guys, This is my first post related to my experience. I will call it a blog, if you allow me. So I started my day at 5 am today. A mug of coffee helped me to draw some plans for my potential customers. Just needed them to have a look at my thoughts on new ensuite layout. They want to convert a bedroom into an ensuite. Sounds impossible but it is not. Everything is doable if you have the right people working with you. I took off after a few hours of drawing. I was driving ...around like mad trying to find a 900 mm shaving cabinet. Believe it or not but only one place in Perth, that I know of, had those cabinets in stock www.dericttileandbath.com.au Thank you guys you saved my day. So I drove up to Clarkson and fitted a massive 1 metre tall and 0.9 m wide cabinet all by myself, without help of any stands or supports. That was hard. Our client Mark was happy about the cabinet and the ensuite in general we renovated for him. Another happy client. I am so proud of what we do and when our clients are satisfied. Thank you Mark for your trust and work. Lunch time. Went to one of my favourite lunch bars in Balcatta. Nice owners, great food. Just across the road from Balcatta tip. I recycled some cardboard there, at the tip. Happy and full I rushed to Middle Swan to check on another bathroom renovation. Brad from Prestige Glazing was fitting a shower screen for us. Great work. I also did a bit of a cleanup to keep the tenant happy and free of dust and rubbish. So 4 pm, time to knock off. I think 11 hours will do me for today. Back to Woodvale, back to my lovely family. 05.01.2022 I salute you my friends, Easy day has just finished. A lot of plumbing work but nothing complicated. There was a challenge to fit a toilet suite on floor that was far from being flat. Tiles were all over the place. Owner said that concrete floor was like that. So without a proper screed tiles were laid on concrete. Well, the toilet is in after 4 plastic wedges and some fast set mortar. It took 3 hours instead of usual 1.5 hours for toilet installation. Trip to Ballajura job ...was successful as well. Laundry plumbed in, washining machine operating. No leaks so far... Toilet and grouting the only things left for tomorrow Nice and safe trip home was relaxing. 25 minutes later I was home.
