25.01.2022 How do you get better at something??? PRACTICE!!! I have been working on my chin-ups for quite sometime practicing anywhere I can to get better at them and I have come a long way. From not being able to do even one to now I can rep them out. It hasn’t happened overnight though it’s taken time and consistent practice to get to this point. 17.01.2022 In just over a month this awesome chick, Mel has improved her fitness, strength and lost even more weight. At the end of February Mel managed to do 50 Burpees in 6min, the other day she smashed this with 50 BOSU Burpees in 5min. Not only did she reduce her time she managed to do it with added weight. Great work Mel so proud of you
