25.01.2022 Today our Prep - 2 PBL Awards participants got to be pirates They sung sea shanties, dug for buried treasure, made pirate hats and hooked hooks... and maybe ate some chocolate gold.. Arrrrrrrr!!... So much piratey my matey fun was had by all!!

17.01.2022 This term Preps have been learning in the Arts - Dance. Over ten weeks they have been practising every week. We were so delighted to watch their performance. 08.01.2022 Clean Up Australia day for schools is coming up on Friday, 5 March. This year is more important than ever as disposable products such as masks, takeaway containers and coffee cups have been on the rise due to COVID safe requirements.

08.01.2022 Wunya! Today our Connect 4 Children group gathered to develop the next version of a community birth to 5 plan. The group consists of a variety of committed partners who share a passion for connecting with families and children in the Acacia Ridge Community. The group is currently developing a Charter For Children with a promise to the children and families in our community. We will continue our work by seeking out family and children's voices as we enter the new year. Thank you to Circles of Care, The Murri School, Yadeni Tago, C&K, Save The Children, Brisbane City Council Libraries, Department of Education and ECEC, Benevolent Society, Acacia Ridge State School Chaplain and leaders, and Acacia Ridge Early Years Place for joining the conversation today.
