17.01.2022 What’s the first thing you should do after school? Here at Ace-It Tutoring Service we believe the first thing that you should do after school is deal with your hunger and thirst. Who can study on an empty stomach? I know I cannot! So, when you get home make sure you have a snack and something to drink. If you ignore your hungry stomach or your parched throat, your concentration will decrease significantly as all you will be thinking about is your next feed. Furthermore, hydrating yourself will not only increase your concentration but also improve your memory as it will increase the blood flow and oxygen to the brain, thus improving your learning ability. So make sure to eat and stay hydrated!
