25.01.2022 !!Corona Virus Update!! Here at Ace Radiology we hold the health and safety of our patients, staff and the community of highest importance. Our clinic is still open, however, to reduce the potential spread of the virus, we ask where possible to make bookings over the phone and communicate with reception if you have any flu-like symptoms. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff by following all health regulations and guidelines issued by the Australian Department of Health throughout our clinic. 19.01.2022 Did you know that this week is Men's Health Week? How often do you check in with your mental and physical health? Studies show that men are much less likely to visit the doctor than women, and more than 40% of men don't visit the doctor at all unless they have a serious issue! In today's society men die 6 years younger then women, and account for 62% of people who die prematurely in Australia (AMHF, 2020). Don't ignore minor problems, check up on yourself and your mate's, visit your GP for a health check.

14.01.2022 October is Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month. This event aims to increase awareness of the important role of sonographers in the medical community and the many applications of ultrasound in healthcare. We would like to thank all of our dedicated sonographers for all of their hard work and dedication during these critical times.

14.01.2022 Ace Radiology has some very exciting news to share with you all.. We are currently in the process of opening our second 'Ace Radiology' practice! This will be located in Mingara, in the Central Coast, and will offer Bulk Billing imaging services including Ultrasound, X-ray and CT scans. We will provide you all with more details and updates soon!

14.01.2022 October is Breast cancer awareness month. This year in Australia , over 15,000 women and 150 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer. This is the most common cancer in Australian women, with a probability of 1 in 8 Australian women getting breast cancer by the age of 85. Early detection of Breast Cancer is vital and can significantly improve survival rates. So take the leap, check in with your doctor and get checked, it could save your life!

We hope that this will help ease the financial burden during these critical times. This allows you to save on procedures such as CT scans and biopsies that can cost hundreds at other places, with waiting times that can often be days if not weeks for an appointment.
