25.01.2022 HEALTH UPDATE Another quick update to let you know where I’m at. While I’m not quite 100% I’m feeling much better and I’m still under doctor’s orders to keep healing and not do anything too strenuous.... I’m hoping to be back at work by the end of the month... fingers crossed for that to happen. I appreciate the messages to check how I am. I’m still experiencing a few small pains from the surgery, but a phone call with the doctor this morning tells me that’s normal. ... 16.01.2022 WOO HOO!! I can finally come back to work!! I’ll be back on Tuesday November 3rd, and for the first few weeks I have been advised to only work 3 days a week.... So my hours will be: ~ Tuesday: 10.00am - 5.30pm ~ Thursday: 10.00am - 5.30pm ALTERNATING Friday/Saturday each week ~ Friday 10.00am - 5.30pm ~ Saturday 10.00am - 2.00pm I’ll be contacting everyone in the next few days to get you all booked in. 11.01.2022 WHY MY BUSINESS IS CLOSED. A few people have messaged me to tell me that Beauty salons and hairdressers can still be open, and are wondering if massage falls into those categories. Heres the thing. Massage probably does, but Im closing my doors regardless. ... This decision to remain closed has not been made lightly, and I am completely gutted that I have to close the doors. But for the safety of my clients and myself, I know its the right choice. I have strict hygiene measures in place, but the nature of what I do is too high risk. We have all been advised to avoid confined spaces with others for prolonged periods, and in reality that is what my business is; close contact with others. And, quite frankly, Im not willing to take the risk with anyones health. Our hospitals dont need an influx of people they are already pushed to their limits. Please stay home, go out only if absolutely necessary. The longer we dont comply with social distancing, the longer well have to do it. As soon as Im advised its safe to do so, the doors will reopen and it will be business as usual.

My hours and days will be reduced to start with to ensure that everyone is safe and to comply with distancing laws. ... ~ Tuesday 10.00am - 5.30pm ~ Thursday 10.00am - 5.30pm ~ Alternating Friday and Saturday. (Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm/Saturday 10.00am - 3.00pm) ~ Availability will be listed weekly ~Online bookings will be temporarily unavailable. These days and times will be temporary, and will only resume as per normal on the advice of the Health Department. A few changes will also be made to continue to keep everyone safe: ~ 30 minutes between each appointment to enable thorough cleaning and to ensure safe social distancing between clients arriving and leaving. ~ 45 or 60 minute appointments ONLY. Longer appointments will not be available until further instruction from the Federal Heath Department. ~ You will be required to fill out a Covid-19 form before EVERY treatment.

09.01.2022 Theres no real new info to give you, other than this: I spent 3 hours in St Johns emergency this morning after an agonising night with severe abdominal pain. Turns out theres a nasty stone in my Gallbladder, and seriously, this has been some of the worst pain Ive felt in my life. Im resting somewhat comfortably at home now, with some fairly heavy pain killers, and will be reassessed in the coming days as to whether I need surgery or not. ... So, my hopes of having positive news to share today is unfortunately not happening and it will be at least a few days before I can update you as to whats happening with me healthwise. The only thing that has changed in the current craziness that has gripped the world, is that I have become even more manic about cleaning and sanitising.
