16.01.2022 Just had text from Linda Cripps Port Franklin Fish that Coal Creek market closed tomorrow ... here’s a lovely scene taken by Tracey Skewes to assist with serenity and acceptance BREAKING: ALL OF VICTORIA TO GO INTO 5-DAY LOCK DOWN Premier Daniel Andrews has announced a state-wide lock down from 11:59 pm tonight until Wednesday, after two more coronavirus cases in Melbourne.... This is difficult but essential, Mr Andrews said. "I am confident that this short, sharp circuit breaker will be effective." Victoria’s Dr Brett Sutton says this decision has been made because the coronavirus which has infected people in the Holiday Inn cluster, is UK strain of the virus. Which is the fastest moving and most infectious strain of Coronavirus Dr Sutton said. This lock down means: Masks must be worn EVERYWHERE in Victoria other than in your home No visitors to anyone's home. Public gatherings are not permitted. If you can work from home, then you must do so. Schools will close but will remain available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for vulnerable children or for the children of those who are permitted to go to work, and those who can't work from home. Childcare and early childhood centers will remain open. People will be allowed to go outside for two hours of exercise each day.
